1. Account registration & newsletter subscription

To register and begin receiving news and promotions, all you need to provide is your name, e-mail address, password and fill out the rest of your account information including shipping, billing address, and personal options to successfully manage your account status and order history.
Esterel sends periodically to subscribers emails notifying of trend alerts, limited-time promotions, new product launches and exclusive sale events.
To change your account information click on “my account” and sign in. You can change your login, password, ship-to addresses, and billing information.
You can simply change your password by clicking “forgot password” after selecting “login”. Enter the email address you used to register and you will receive an email with the new password.

2. Orders and shipments

You can order quickly and easily through esterel. To add items to your shopping basket, simply click on "add to basket" for the item you wish to buy. To remove an item, go to your shopping basket and select “remove". To change the quantity of items, go to your shopping basket and change the number in the box under the "qty" column. During the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your payment preferences (paypal/credit card and wire transfer). After order confirmation, the order will be then prepared for handling and the consequent shipping will be quickly be ready for shipping in 48 hours. Note: in case of temporarily unavailable products included in your order, the esterel help desk will promptly contact you to provide any related update.

To change the shipping address or add one other than the billing simply you can login and manage your delivery address.
You can track the status of your order by entering your account. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. You can add or remove items from your order or to change the shipping address only during the purchase process. Once the order is confirmed, you can no longer make changes. 3. Payment and security

We currently accept payments through paypal (credit cards as visa, mastercard and american express), and wire transfer.
Payments by credit card are completely safe. All data is transferred in encrypted form using ssl (secure socket layer). For your security, esterel may require you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (cid/cvn/cvv/cvc) on certain orders for visa, mastercard, american express credit cards. Paypal protects the buyer's information and for each transaction made with this method you will receive an email confirmation from paypal. All information about your order and your personal data are strictly protected. All payment forms are subject to verification and review by esterel that reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
You can pay directly to the carrier who will deliver the ordered products. This method of payment is cash only (checks not accepted). This payment is for orders delivered only in italy.
If your payment is not accepted, please check if:
  • your credit card is not among those accepted by paypal (visa, mastercard, american express).
  • the type of card, the card number, the security code or expiration date has not been entered correctly.
  • the credit is not over (for prepaid card only).
  • the card has expired.
No minimum purchase is required.

4. Returns and refunds

If your package appears damaged or tampered, promptly contact our help desk.
In accordance with eu directive 83/2011, the return right may be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods by giving notice by registered letter (through mail or pec) sent to esterel - mario zunino & c. Srl - e. Kant 58/60 - 10088 volpiano (to), and indicating the order number: products must be returned in new condition within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
For refund of all or part of the purchased products, please contact our help desk.
When you safely return your purchase to the esterel warehouse by mail, if you paid with a credit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item returned. The refund is equal to the sum of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges. If the purchase was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery (italy oinly), the refund will be by bank transfer.
The refund will be made only for undamaged goods after being safely returned to the esterel warehouse. For further details, please contact our help desk.

All news, graphics and internet website design is intended solely for the information of end users. All the data (texts, images, brands and logos) contained on this site are protected by copyright.
The use of website is at your own risk. Esterel takes no liability for the use of the service or for the unavailability of the same. This also applies to consequential damages.
The reproduction, copying or printing of the website, as well as the contents thereof (including images, graphics and videos) are permitted only in order to place an order on Any additional processing, duplication, dissemination and / or public reproduction beyond the permitted represents a copyright breach. This violation will cause a specific warning and not merely a request for damage compensation, but also a legal action for damages compensation.
